Metro Ford was the only Ford dealership in the OKC metro that had available online appointments. It was quite a distance out of my way but I had no choice if I wanted to get these recalls fixed. They had immediate appointments available and even were patient with me after I had to reschedule multiple times. After a couple days, they had the recalls fixed and even drove my car up to the front door of the dealership for me. Excellent work and customer service. More

Excellent service provided for oil change, tire rotation and checking tires for wear which resulted in different info as provided by CarFax. I always request Denise because she listens! Denise also provides her cell phone number and keeps one updated; if, however, something is found that is going to cost more money she comes in person. In my case, it was a cabin filter and she said it would go a little longer and I chose to get it all done. My parting comment to Denise was if she ever left Metro, I would follow her! More
