I have been a Ford customer for the last 25 years. I have live in no less than 5 states. I have worked in the customer service industry for the last 15 years. So, to have someone is representing a product I value and support with my money treat me as if I am not important, and only as a paycheck. Does not sit well. The service advisor was unprofessional. They did not greet me or introduce themself. They did not do a proper intake of my vehicle. No walk around, No real sense that they cared for me as Ford customer. No sense of care for myself or my vehicle. I have a Ford extended warranty. Advisor contacted me to say they could not find my warranty with my VIN, and that I would be responsible for repairs. I called Ford and was given the information with in a few minutes. I then had to contact the advisor with that information.They did not verbally contact me with an estimate or issues with my vehicle. Everything handle via text or email. Took 5 days for repairs. With no updates being given that vehicle was finished. I had to request that a detailed estimate be sent. When picking up my vehicle. I expected that the advisor would go over what repairs were done and a final detailed breakdown of cost. Also, did not go over inspection report. I used to sell Ford vehicles, and was a service advisor and Customer relations manager. I do not believe that this is what Ford wants to represent it products. The only bright spot was the cashier. She informed me of my points and made a suggestion. More
