This is the worst experience that I have had since going there. I made an appointment at 11 and had to sit in the waiting room for over two hours for an oil change I do not understand what the point of mak there. I made an appointment at 11 and had to sit in the waiting room for over two hours for an oil change I do not understand what the point of making an appointment is if they are not going to get to it in a timely manner Also, the customer service person that check me in which was a woman was very rude I hope my next experience there goes better than this one More
