Robert, our sales associate, was very helpful and so patient with us as we test drove many of trucks on the lot. My husband and I also discussed with Robert that we didn't want any of the haggling mess that comes along with other dealerships, so he put us straight in touch with the manager Matt. Matt was very helpful and was fair on the pricing for our vehicles. And then the financing department was incredible. Eliud, in the financial department was so very helpful, courteous and professional. His expertise in finance got us the best rate without having to deal with all of the "haggling" that goes on at other dealerships. After meeting with Eliud, Metro ford had both of our vehicles detailed cleaned and placed a full tank of gas in our trucks. Over all, this was a very pleasant experience for both my husband and I on car shopping. Metro ford customer service goes above any other dealership we have come across. More
