They will sell you a vehicle that will break down after their service department touches it for an oil change. They will sell you a bad car and have no remorse. I had an amazing experience purchasing my vehicle thanks to Billy Haycraft and Rocky! I already knew exactly what vehicle I wanted because I had seen it online, and when I arrived, the car was waiting for m to Billy Haycraft and Rocky! I already knew exactly what vehicle I wanted because I had seen it online, and when I arrived, the car was waiting for me and ready for a test drive. Billy made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. He was very accommodating, friendly, and respectful of my time. There was no pressure at all, just great customer service and a genuine desire to help. I was definitely satisfied with the entire experience. Billy kept everything moving efficiently and even introduced me to the service department so I’d know who to work with after the sale. I met Rolanda, who was wonderful and made sure I knew to bring my car in for my free oil changes for life. That was such a great bonus! Rocky in finance was outstanding as well. Even though I came in pre-qualified, he still worked to find me an even lower finance rate, which ended up getting me more car for less money. He also helped me secure a 7-year warranty, which gave me extra confidence and peace of mind with my purchase. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Billy, Rocky, Rolanda, and the whole team for making everything simple, comfortable, and enjoyable. Highly recommend! More
