I made reservation for my car to be check for transmission problems, brought it in on a Monday morning, and it was taken to the back of the car lot. I call 3-4 days later to inquire about the pro transmission problems, brought it in on a Monday morning, and it was taken to the back of the car lot. I call 3-4 days later to inquire about the problem, could not get thru to the service department. I had to make a trip there to metro ford to get answers for my car. The service rep Eric had no answers, did not know what was going on with my car and stated that he would call me as soon as he knew. Well that did not happen. just to make it short, there service department is very bad for letting people know what is going on with there car, and good luck calling them trying to get thru. More

Terrible Customer Service Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they were supposed to order a plate bracket to mount my front plate on the vehicle. It took over 40 days Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they were supposed to order a plate bracket to mount my front plate on the vehicle. It took over 40 days numerous emails that went unanswered and calls that ended in we will call you back and that never happened. When issue was brought up to the GM who also doesn't answer his email he shifted blame to other departments and gave a halfhearted at best apology. Don't waste your hard earned money here they don't care about the most you only about how much money you will give them. Will never return and will tell everyone I encounter to not do business with terrible organization. More
