I received outstanding service at Metro Ford! It was very easy to make an appointment online; I arrived 20 minutes ahead of my appointment, and was told how long the wait time would be; was informed of very easy to make an appointment online; I arrived 20 minutes ahead of my appointment, and was told how long the wait time would be; was informed of additional service needed, and if I wanted it at that time, and received the service my vehicle needed in a timely manner. Service is awful, appointments are useless and you'll be waiting for hours without staff telling you you're vehicle is ready. Half the time you show and they say they don't have you scheduled for an appoint waiting for hours without staff telling you you're vehicle is ready. Half the time you show and they say they don't have you scheduled for an appointment. Apparently scheduling online doesn't matter and they never receive the appointment. Always call and always get a name of who you spoke to. The mechanics I dealt with were always in a rush and seemed annoyed at me asking questions. Once I came in to pick up my car after having work done and noticed immediately after starting it that it was vibrating a lot, and I mean it was trembling to the point that I was concerned. It took me forever to get someone to come back out to look at it. Someone got in the car and just said "its fine, it was always like this" it was 100000% never like this and they did something to cause it but the guy just said it will be fine and there was nothing else I could do. It's been 3 years later and my car still trembles aggressively the entire time its running. Once my car hit the date where it "valuable" to them to trade it in they hounded me like crazy. All different staff would call me constantly asking to buy my vehicle back for a trade in. I got letters, voicemails, texts! NO matter how many times I said I was not interested they persisted. It got to the point where I was getting work done on the car and while sitting in the waiting room someone came out to try and convince me to trade it in. They would just not get the point. Going forward I felt like I needed to hide when going inside just to avoid being hounded. I eventually stopped going, not worth the stress or time going to this place. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. More

This is worst dealership that I’ve dealt with. Please do not go here to get your car serviced. I was told by an employee that I can have my car towed in and that they would be able to diagnose is in a coupl not go here to get your car serviced. Here it is a week later and still no diagnostic has been performed on my vehicle. The service manager does communicate very well, she does not return phone calls, and has a very mean attitude/disposition. If you want to be treated unfairly, without care by all means this is the best place to go! More
