Unfortunately, Miami is the city with little or NO concept about customer service and I find myself lucky to have found a real treasure: METRO FORD! Ford Motors should be proud of being represented i concept about customer service and I find myself lucky to have found a real treasure: METRO FORD! Ford Motors should be proud of being represented in Miami-Dade County by Metro Ford. Bill Rodriguez and Ted went great length to help me, to find a deal that would fit my needs and budget. Just plain old fashioned good old customer service! It made such a difference after having had all sorts of less than unsatisfactory experience around town with all brands of vehicles you can think. The salesmanager wanted a physical confrontation with me after I politley walked out because he could not deliver the interest rate originally promised. This is a very unprofessional dealership that takes a after I politley walked out because he could not deliver the interest rate originally promised. This is a very unprofessional dealership that takes advantage of customers. This is terrible service and I would never purchase an american made vehicle because of this dealership. Escalated to several Ford CEOs via mail becasue of this issue. The dealership or Ford would not reply. If you are assualted at this delaership make sure to have witnesses and file a police report.
