ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service! Took truck ('96 F150) in for what should have been a minor repair. Was told by "Lysa", "oh, we're so backed up we won't even be able to look at it until Monday, thi F150) in for what should have been a minor repair. Was told by "Lysa", "oh, we're so backed up we won't even be able to look at it until Monday, this was on a Thursday. Then, after I explained what needed to be looked at, this astute employee commented, "especially something like that." Okay...so, does every problem have to be a brand new vehicle where the engine is falling out??? I left the truck and I was told I would receive a call, "probably Monday." Today, Wednesday, I called and asked to speak with the service department manager, I was connected to "Fernando." I explained that I dropped the truck off last week and would like to know what the status was. Fernando, also clearly too busy to do his job, passed the buck and said, "unfortunately your service advisor is out to lunch and I won't be able to give you any information." To which I replied, "isn't there anyone else who may be able to provide an update?" All I got was "ah, no ma'am, that's why you have a service advisor." I had every intention of looking at and considering a new truck, specifically a new F150. When, my son and I headed toward the truck section some guy whistled at us like we were on a ball field and motioned for us to go back to where he was. It will be a VERY cold day in Miami, like sub zero, before I consider even looking at a truck with Metro Ford! I expect I will get a call telling me some cooked up excuses and, then charging me some ridiculous diagnostic fees. I just want my truck back. More
