I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago and I’ve driven the car twice . I’ve been in a loaner longer then I’ve driven the car I purchased. They sold me a lemon . I thought I was was getting a brand new vehicle but as soon I I drove off the lot engine light pops up , ac stops working on a “ Brand New “ car . I asked them can I get a another vehicle but they had two option of the same car I had . The colors were Loud colors ( lime green , Red ) I asked can they get me another one from another dealer and the Manager told me no because it will cost him money . I ASKED ABOUT GETTING OUT OF THE CONTRACT AND THEY WOULDN’T ALLOW ME TO DO THAT. . Remember, I’ve only driven the car twice and it doesn’t have 100 miles on it yet . The service sucks , everything sucks . I regret purchasing a car from 9000 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150 Metro Ford . Listen to me guys please don’t set yourself up . You might think your getting a brand new vehicle but you might end up with a lemon. Please go to another Ford !!!!! You will most definitely regret purchasing your vehicle from Metro Ford 9000 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150 because you never know what your getting . Overall they suck !
