I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago and I’ve driven the car twice . I’ve been in a loaner longer then I’ve driven the car I purchased. They sold me a lemon . I thought I was was getting a brand new vehicle but as soon I I drove off the lot engine light pops up , ac stops working on a “ Brand New “ car . I asked them can I get a another vehicle but they had two option of the same car I had . The colors were Loud colors ( lime green , Red ) I asked can they get me another one from another dealer and the Manager told me no because it will cost him money . I ASKED ABOUT GETTING OUT OF THE CONTRACT AND THEY WOULDN’T ALLOW ME TO DO THAT. . Remember, I’ve only driven the car twice and it doesn’t have 100 miles on it yet . The service sucks , everything sucks . I regret purchasing a car from 9000 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150 Metro Ford . Listen to me guys please don’t set yourself up . You might think your getting a brand new vehicle but you might end up with a lemon. Please go to another Ford !!!!!
