Excellent experience, Excellent service department. I brought in my car to the service department for a noise. Purchased a car there. Sale person was friendly at first. Horrible customer service!. We went in to purchase the new Ford Mustang EV and they had a $10,000 markup that we politely asked about and we were yelled at and asked why did we come there. I am not someone who writes online reviews, but the incredibly poor experience I had (and continue to have) at Metro Ford is something that I had to share to warn others. I decided to do a lease end pu incredibly poor experience I had (and continue to have) at Metro Ford is something that I had to share to warn others. I decided to do a lease end purchase of my Ford EcoSport on 8/28. There was no financing involved so the process should have been quick. I was there for approximately four hours due to various fees I was being asked to pay that they could not explain. They were asking me to pay a $299 E-filing fee, a $799.95 pre delivery services fee, and an additional $500 fee which they still have not been able to explain what it is for, but they swore that it was on the contract. I fought the $500 fee and had to speak to three different salespeople, which took hours, before they finally agreed to remove it because they could not show me on the contract where I had agreed to pay that fee. The $799.95 pre-delivery services fee is described as "costs and profit to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale." As I drove the car to the dealer and left in the same car (now having purchased it) there was zero inspecting, cleaning, or adjusting of my vehicle as described in the fee. All they did was the document preparation, pretty steep at $799.95. In addition, I have not been given a copy of the signed bill of sale. I have made more than a dozen phone calls to the agent, Jose Diaz, to get a copy and a month later I have not received anything. They only send me a copy without signatures. I have also not received my title in the mail and have called the title clerk at the dealership numerous times and left various messages. Again zero replies. Beware of suspect fees and expect a bad experience. More
