He was extremely knowledgeable of the brand, he was very charismatic and never pressured me into committing to something I was unsure of. He didn't use any of the cheesy salesman tactics, he was simply honest. I appreciate honesty and compassion and Adolfo was both. It should be illegal to walk the lot while getting your car service. Drove off the lot Tuesday after walking their lot with a 2020 Honda Sport, After having my 2017 Ford Fusion that I loved for 4yrs 😩.I h car service. On a Southern Florida vacation, we ended up at Metro Ford after I was at wits end looking online for a vehicle where Carfax reports showed long gaps in service history. So we tracked out to the dealership on a Monday night. Fortunately, our first encounter at Metro was with Sheldon Louis Holland. Sheldon was super nice, no-nonsense, straight up and extremelly efficient! The closing and financing process was very streamlined and pleasant. Arrangements to ship the car to upstate South Carolina were also straightforward. As we had to pay FL taxes at purchase then SC taxes upon retagging, Metro's promise of refunding FL taxes was fulfilled about a month after purchase! This was earlier than I would have ever expected. Kudo's also go out to Alex McDonald at Metro for doing an excellent job following through with me and helping with another matter (that was not Metro's fault). I HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
