On a Southern Florida vacation, we ended up at Metro Ford after I was at wits end looking online for a vehicle where Carfax reports showed long gaps in service history. So we tracked out to the dealership on a Monday night. Fortunately, our first encounter at Metro was with Sheldon Louis Holland. Sheldon was super nice, no-nonsense, straight up and extremelly efficient! The closing and financing process was very streamlined and pleasant. Arrangements to ship the car to upstate South Carolina were also straightforward. As we had to pay FL taxes at purchase then SC taxes upon retagging, Metro's promise of refunding FL taxes was fulfilled about a month after purchase! This was earlier than I would have ever expected. Kudo's also go out to Alex McDonald at Metro for doing an excellent job following through with me and helping with another matter (that was not Metro's fault). I HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
