I had a great experience with the Service Department, in particular with the Service Manager, Roger Galindo. I took my car in for bodywork due to an accident. Not only was my car repaired, but Mr. Galindo particular with the Service Manager, Roger Galindo. I took my car in for bodywork due to an accident. I made an appointment yesterday around noon time with Gabriel Iraola internet sales manager today (May 6, 2013) at 11:30am. Today I confirmed my 11:30am appointment with Oscar and he told me everything was set up for testing and purchasing the car. I was assured by Gabriel that the car was available. Drove 60 miles and arrived at time for the appointment, Gabriel greeted me and ask Julio Filgueiras to help us, To my surprised Julio informed that the car was "sold" last night unfortunately (previous reviews claimed. same sale practice from previous potential buyers) , then I asked to see and test a second vehicle advertised, and after waiting 15 minutes for the car to "show"  you communicated that it was in another dealer or lot and to wait another 20 minutes for the car to arrive. Sales Manager didn't showed to apologize or to offer any comforting effort. I consider the sale practice of your Institution very unprofessional, and will notify colleagues, families and friends to not consider purchasing any vehicle there. Ralph Buigas More

I put down a deposit in September 2022 for a new Ford Bronco Everglade. Months went by without any information. We kept calling and no one could give us an update. Never happened. Finally, in March, 2023 we got a call and were informed that Ford is no longer making that model (although they just happened to have a used one we could buy). I asked what was their solution. Answer - go on another waiting list with no guarantee that I will ever get a vehicle. Completely unprofessional. Really bad experience. More
