I put down a deposit in September 2022 for a new Ford Bronco Everglade. Months went by without any information. We kept calling and no one could give us an update. Never happened. Finally, in March, 2023 we got a call and were informed that Ford is no longer making that model (although they just happened to have a used one we could buy). I asked what was their solution. Answer - go on another waiting list with no guarantee that I will ever get a vehicle. Completely unprofessional. Really bad experience. More

They don’t have loaners, but give you a ride to your house or office. They’re up front, prompt, and don’t try to sell you unnecessary services. The cars are a good value, build quality is good, and when something goes wrong, both the factory and the dealer stand behind them. Overall good experience. More
