Polar express save!!! I would like to thank Mike in the service department for being more then prepared to take my vehicle in a crisis situation hours away from home. And o I would like to thank Mike in the service department for being more then prepared to take my vehicle in a crisis situation hours away from home. And on top of that getting me a vehicle to use to make it home for the polar express with my girls. Best part of my holidays so far. Without the awesome team of Mike and Felicia o wouldn't not have been so fortunate. They also turned my vehicle around in a couple of days and I was never inconvienced during this process. I had done research online regarding models, features and pricing in advance. Was underwhelmed my my expereince at another dealership whe it took them 40 minutes to come up with price after incentives only to have them tell me well not sure about what kind of finacing rate we can get you. I do notthink my entire transaction including completing the paperwork took 40 minutes. Sharif was knowledgeable , up front and easy to deal with. Would high reccomend this dealership. More

Service does not do complete the job yet they charge you for My parents took in their car and had heard complaints so they marked the tires. After paying for an oil change and tire rotation rhetoric left and drove home. My father realized his tires were not rotated and he had to schedule another visit. No compensation was given. I had to take my car there and again same thing. To top it off, if they did do the oil change then they did not reset my computer so I have to take somewhere else to have it reset or just hit the buttons every time I start the car to clear it off the screen. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. After a second chance you couldn't even get it right! The service guys get paid for the amount of cars they fit in for the day; therefore, they cut corners to fit more cars to make more money. More
Deal change after deposit Terrible experience. On day one the sales guy tells us "it's the end of the month, so all pricing is negotiable and really aggressive." On day two, on Terrible experience. On day one the sales guy tells us "it's the end of the month, so all pricing is negotiable and really aggressive." On day two, once we pick the car we want, "all prices are negotiable except that one." I agree to buy it for the sticker price, against my better judgment. In large part this is because the second sales guy confirms what guy #1 says, which is that the warranty transfers with the car. It is such a great warranty I think it makes the price worth it, and put down my $3000. On day 3, when I arrive to sign all the papers and take the car, the finance guy tells me that the warranty is an EXTRA $1300. Are you kidding me? When I explained that I had been promised that it was included, I was told that the sales guys were wrong, and there was "nothing they could do." Now, since I was paying sticker price for the car, I asked that they take the $1300 off the price of the car, and I'd buy the warranty. The finance guy says, "I 100% am not going to do that." I said that I was "100% not buying the car." He was so quick to send me on my way, without one single effort to save the deal, that I am 100% convinced that they had already decided not to sell me the car. I didn't have a trade they could make money off, and I wasn't taking their financing. When I called to arrange to pick up the car the sales guy was really weird on the phone, and didn't have the keys to the car when I got there. A different sales guy did. Did they already show the car to someone else??? There were no apologies, no explanations, and no consideration from the manager, who also seemed to already know that the deal was off before I even spoke to him. I always say that everyone makes mistakes, it is how you take responsibility for them that counts. If they had said, "we are so sorry, there was miscommunication, and we understand that the extra cost could change things for you...do you want a day or two to think about it, or look at something else?" I probably would still have bought the xxxx car. But they just wanted to kick me to the curb. Something very strange was going on there, and I will stay far away from now on. The good news is I bought the exact same car up the road in Noho from a certified Hyundai dealer and love it! More

Steve was the nicest salesperson i have ever dealt with-he was welcoming and very professional. There was no sales pressure-he just wanted to get us the best deal he could. He came back with a price and there was no haggling-the deal was sealed and we went home with one that day. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone who hates to buy a car. It will be a positive experience and you will leave feeling like you got a great deal. More
