SET-UP TO FAIL If you purchase a vehicle from Metro and they puffed the sale by telling you that they give you tires for life as a benefit for having all your servi If you purchase a vehicle from Metro and they puffed the sale by telling you that they give you tires for life as a benefit for having all your service work done at their dealership - DON'T BELIEVE THEM. There is a stipulation in the tires for life agreement that states that you must drive the vehicle at least 15,000 miles before they will honor the agreement and replace the tires. What Metro doesn't tell you is that the tires on the vehicle (as purchased) may not make it the 15,000 miles before they fail state inspection. Because the vehicle hasn't traveled the 15,000 miles, Metro will not replace the tires. They will tell you that at some point in time, the vehicle owner has to take responsibility for their vehicle. That is what happened to me. The tires on my vehicle only servived about 10,000 miles from date of purchase before the Metro Service Adviser told me during a recent service visit that my tires would fail a state safety inspection. When I requested the tires be replaced under the tires for life agreement, I was told there was nothing they could do because I hadn't put the 15,000 miles on the vehicle since it was purchased. SET-UP TO FAIL I have purchased two vehicles from Metro during the past four years and have had those vehicles serviced solely by Metro (including annual state inspections). Up until now, if someone asked me if Metro was a reputable dealer I would have answered yes. However, because of this experience, I will never purchase another vehicle from Metro again and I certainly will not recommend doing business with them. For the management at Metro, I offer these words of wisdom - It takes a good salesman/saleswoman to make the first sale but, it's honesty, integrity and a commitment to serve the customer's needs that will cement future sales. It was been two weeks that we have been waiting on our $500 deposit. We have stopped in 3 times to pick it up, and it's no where to be found. We have called over 15 times to see where our deposit is, and no one has an answer. The manager (who would NOT give me her name) who deals with the billing was completely unprofessional and rude. Please tell me how no one in that building has no idea where our money has gone. UNPROFESSIONAL. I have gotten my lawyer involved. . I will never go through this dealership AGAIN. I would not recommend this to anyone. Don't waste your time with this place!!! Not to mention, one of the salesmen hit my car with his door! And he did not even apologize! More

Started great but now have questions Hello- I had a few great experiences with this service team after getting a not so good deal on a vehicle at Bertera in Palmer. However my visit today has me puzzled, I brought in my 2014 Patriot due to a recall issue and as part of that, I guess they do a general safety inspection while the vehicl is there, When I picked up my vehicle, I was told I needed 2 new air filters (engine & cabin). At my last repair (rear differential) in in the spring, I was told about this and had since replaced on my own in June. When it was mentioned today, I told the technician that it can't be true as I did the replacement myself 2 months ago and find it impossible to believe they are due yet again. He just chuckled and said the person doing the repair probably just referenced the old paperwork and since they had no record of them being done there, they noted it as still being needed. My conceren is then clearly the parts were not actually inspected if all they went by was service reccords they had on file. Is this common? If so, then please advise but in my mind a safety inspection is actually an inspection of the actual parts that may be cause for concern. Thank you. More

I've been eyeing the new Jeep Renegade and stopped by Metro to humor myself with the numbers but OMG!!! Met the best sale rep EVER!! ...if you're reading this___Hi Sharif! Thank you so much! (Ok, back to my review). Besides being easy on the eyes, he is such knowledgeable product specialist. EVERYTHING and ANYTHING I threw at him this man had an answer for it. One of the things that he really broke down in layman's terms were the intrcacies of leasing a car, which I clearly had limited knowledge on. He always checked in with me to make sure I was understanding everything he was explaining, encouraged questions which I had a lot of A LOT!!! Needless to say, I have me a new Renegade, yeah buddy!! I honestly feel Sharif made this experience easy and fun, thanks again! More

Disappointed in Communication I am beyond disappointed after attempting to work with Metro. I had found a Sprinter van on their site before photos had even been posted and reac I am beyond disappointed after attempting to work with Metro. I had found a Sprinter van on their site before photos had even been posted and reached out to verify it was available. It was verified the van was available and had just arrived to the dealership; photos weren't online yet as the van needed to go through detailing. I requested some quick cellphone shots of the van, to decide whether to pursue the purchase or not. I was rather please to receive the photos in a timely manner, but unfortunately service went downhill from there. I am in Oregon so I wanted information on the van before making the flight out to purchase it. The photos were the first step (awesome and happy about those), but the next thing I wanted was the report from the Service Department as my contact, Aaron Arthurs, claimed they did a 'saftey inspect it as well as do a full tune-up' on the van. When I pressed further about getting the report, the van actually hadn't been gone over, as it was 'so new we havent had a chance to get it in', which is totally fair. A few days later, I asked again about the service and found out they didn't have a lift large enough for the van, but they just got one installed and would be getting it in for the inspection. A week went by and I asked again about the van, to no response, so I gave a call. Aaron was out to lunch, so I had a message left for him to contact me with some updates/info. No response that day, it was a Friday, so I gave benefit of the doubt over the weekend, but come Monday, no response. Then I get a call from a sales rep, Johnny, who seemed to be very helpful and eager to get the service information for me so we can move forward with the purchase. He said he would email me (per my request) with what he found out. He was true to his word with sending an email, but it was only to inform me that the van had been purchased this morning by someone else. This was extremely disappointing to find out that it was sold out from under me due to a lack of proper communication by Metro. More
