So I just bought a used 2009 Audi A5 from them, which the car I'm happy with but nothing else. They would not take one dollar off the price of the vehicle! Their service department also isn't that great either, they didn't notice the bubbles in the two tires on the passenger side. They told me they have to order the tire so I would have to come back, mind you I'm two hours away from this dealer and they really should of not let me ride of with those tires because its a bug safety hazard! And if one blows I could probably start a lawsuit. I told them they will have to do all four tires because the other two were to worn to put just two new tires on and they said they would call me back about that and still haven't heard from them! DO NOT GO HERE! More

2013 Wrangler needed new cylinder head at 250 miles, and all Mr. Allen can say is "It happens" and "I'll see if Chrysler will pick up the extended warranty for you.". Never heard another word from him. Mr all Mr. Allen can say is "It happens" and "I'll see if Chrysler will pick up the extended warranty for you.". Never heard another word from him. Mr. Martel offered to work up some trade-in options for me but never called me back. I really feel like after they made the sale they couldn't care less about me or my problem. I have bought numerous vehicles from this dealeship and now I doubt I would go back. More
