He was straightforward and to the point and didn't keep us waiting. I was very impressed with all of the other people I dealt with, although I can't remember names. The gentleman who handled all of the loan paperwork was efficient and friendly and we were out of there in record time. Excited to have the peace of mind of owning a brand new vehicle again! More

What is going on in there?? I own a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Purchased from this dealership, i got an appointment for 10.000 mile service a few days earlier for 8:45 in the morni I own a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Purchased from this dealership, i got an appointment for 10.000 mile service a few days earlier for 8:45 in the morning and i told them it is a time restricted situation and i was promised to be out by 10:00am, i walked in at 8:35 and welcomed, was confirmed the appointment and directed to the waiting area by being told someone will be reaching me when its done. 45 mins later i was called to the service area and the question was simple: "what do you need?" i had my mouth way open steering to the guy in the service area, and they started arguing who is going to take care of me, 'no u take him'- no you take him... I started steering at them and finally they came to an agreement on who is going to help me and i was directed the same question again.. " What does your car need today?". My response was simple and quick, "I book an appointment with 10.000 mile service at 8:45, and you are asking me what the car needs at 9:30? and this is the way you talk to a client u got 45 mins delay on? I put my complaints to anyone i know in the dealership, and very frustrated with the way i got treated. when you buy a $16000 car from toyota, they send you home with their curtesy Vans, call you to remind services set up the appointments and everything but When you spend over 50 grand on a jeep, you get this way of treatment. I dont even want to describe the looks of the service staff when i was leaving with nothing done at the place after 1 hr of waiting. More
Overall experience less than impressive. We went to Metro specifically to look at one vehicle. We already knew our financing situation (including have an approval that fit our needs.) We were greeted by Greg, who was friendly and down to earth. He wasn't your "typical salesman". I could go into details of the week we bought our vehicle but I don't want to make this to lengthy. Basically we left Sunday under the impression everything could be completed in one day, the next day we received an email from Greg saying the terms we discussed were approved and set an appointment for later that night to complete everything. When we got there that is when everything went down hill. Term or monthly payment wasn't what we discussed or was told in the email was approved, vehicle not available that day, then after going back and forth for an hour they were able to drop the rate .44% (which means nothing to our monthly payment) and the manager Brett agreed to drive the vehicle out to us the next night as we live 45 minutes away and could not get back until the weekend. Tuesday comes, expected delivery time 8:45pm (which was confirmed with Greg an hour earlier) no Brett. 9:30pm still no Brett, I email Greg upset. Brett shows up at 9:40pm! He was apologetic and offered to go through the vehicle with us spending at least 30 minutes doing so (which was appreciated). Gas tank however was in empty! Not what I expect when buying a vehicle especially from a large dealership. It has now been over a week and there has still been no response from Greg, no follow up / check in to see how the vehicle is treating us and no follow up on the pricing of a trailer hitch that he was supposed to be getting for us! So my final opinion is they had the vehicle we wanted, those we came into contact with were personable, overall it was a quick sale but their needs to be some stepping up in the customer service aspect and customer follow up. Those are the things that impress and keep customers coming back. More

Dealing with both Jill and Juan Acevedo made the experience a pleasant one. I think Juan has got to be one of the most professional non pushy salesman I have dealt with and Jill as well through the internet emailing back and forth was just great. They are nice until they have your money! After researching all the dealerships in the area I finally came upon this truck I really liked at metro.- well I went in on a Sunday afternoon and ta After researching all the dealerships in the area I finally came upon this truck I really liked at metro.- well I went in on a Sunday afternoon and talked to (Daniel Scheehser) who seemed like a very nice guy. Well after talking and going for a test drive we came to the conclusion to come back the following day to do some paper work- meanwhile I was told they were going to run some numbers and other things for me so upon return they would be ready. Well when a call was placed to the dealership after not getting one from then, as promised I talked to dan and he have me an excuse and said that can't do anything unless I was there- which was a lie because when I got there he had said they rust ran everything and have it ready- but was lied to 3-4 hours before. So that just got the ball rolling. Following all that we were to return towards the end if the week because they truck they had listed online HAD NO TITLE YET. So we had to play the waiting game and it only got worse from here out. Come the following Monday the title came in and the truck was sent out for body work I had requested to be done. Well when I went there for a 4th time I was told the truck was sent out and should be back soon- soon with these people must mean a WEEK! Anyways so I was patient with them and went along. I asked DAN same question at least 6 different times and I never got a straight answer or he didn't know. - so I steered away from dealing with him because he clearly didn't know what he was doing or his communication skills were BAD!- I was informed I would get a call when the truck came in and I did.- but the parts that were suppose to be put in the truck weren't and we made arrangements to have it picked up on wednesday. - now being a week and a half later I'm getting pretty pissed. I just keep getting the run around. So once again DAN dropped the ball again and didn't have a clue how to answer any questions. So now being promised to have the truck picked up on Thursday instead it's not going to be next Tuesday. Why couldn't they SERVICE THE VEHICLE IF IT WAS ONLINE AND FORSALE?? I am still waiting on these people that just keep giving excuses. Well they did admit they dropped the ball and they have a 2 free oil changes and a full tank of gas- how does that even come close to what I had to go through? After all I did like the place and the people at first until they got the money and started not caring!! They just lost many customers because of how they operate this place. NOW let's see if I really get my truck on Tuesday. - beyond mad at this point More
