These dudes are shady from the get go the sales guy mike was unprofessional, told him my price point and was told my wife apparently didn’t do her homework on the price of this car and that we must have som was unprofessional, told him my price point and was told my wife apparently didn’t do her homework on the price of this car and that we must have something going on in our lives ( but that’s none of my business he added) we left to think about it then over the next couple days I decided not to buy the car, text mike to let him know out of courtesy that I was no longer interested in the car, mike text me back and said well the car was on the road with plates and apparently was priced right ( if he can’t handle being a sale guy maybe he should find a different job) I strongly recommend not doing business with these guys, after a couple days late called an the car is still on the lot with no title apparently Michael is a lying used car salesman makes you wonder what else he or they lie about More

After reading some of the reviews I was apprehensive to make a purchase on a used vehicle at Metro Jeep. My experience was straightforward. Marlon was great to work with. I did not experience any issues me make a purchase on a used vehicle at Metro Jeep. My experience was straightforward. Marlon was great to work with. I did not experience any issues mentioned in past reviews. I purchased remotely, flew in, and Dishanda, who was very professional and sweet, picked me up from the airport promptly. There were no surprises with the vehicle. It was clean, but it was practically new so that's not surprising. I didn't encounter any surprise upcharges, hidden fees or pressure to purchase an extended warranty. The price was the same as quoted the first time over email. The environment of the dealership is definitely that of a bunch of "dudes". There is smack talk between employees and pretty bare in terms of comforts. A service tech walked out of the bathroom without washing hands while I was in there. Offering a refreshment or having bottled water, soda, or snacks available as common in other dealerships could make the place more cozy. I'm not too concerned with these things as long as my vehicle purchase is solid but I can see some customers failing to get the warm and fuzzies. That's probably what's driving some of the negative reviews. More

I purchased my car at the end of October 2018 it was a 2012 Volkswagen Eos with 40,000 miles on it. I went to start my car in the beginning of March of 2019 and it would not start I thought that it was the alternator. Nope. I thought that it was the starter. Nope. It was the engine. When I called Metro and spoke with the manager he said to me verbatim we won't do anything to help you. Mind you, this is after I had purchase the vehicle for $17,000 when it was listed for 12900 online... When I purchased it, I put $6,000 down and the salesman said that I could not get a loan. I did not know until I got home and looked at the sales slip that they had charged me $17,000 and put me down for 21% APR. I figured that since I knew the person in finance that nothing like this would happen to me but it just so happens that the person in finance was my boss when I worked for Metro sister company. I had quit after this same person had said something to me that was completely inappropriate. I am a veteran and at the time when I was working for them I was supposed to be going to classes at the VA. I was supposed to go to a week but I was missing them because I kept on getting scheduled to deliver vehicles to customers and was told that if I couldn't be there I would lose half of the deal... And then this man just so happens to be in finance and charges me $17,000 for a car that was online for less than 13,000. It cost me $5,000 to put a new engine in the car and I did not receive any help from Metro. They had told me that Chrysler would not give me a loan and that they wanted to charge me $2,000 extra because of my credit... When all of this happened with the engine I had called Chrysler and found out that I was accepted for the loan immediately so I was lied to by the salesman at Metro. I don't care what anyone says they can say everything good about this place but it's funny because the salesman that I worked with is not listed here... If I could call up the Better Business Bureau and make a complaint I would in fact I'm actually going to do that. I never treated anyone like this one I sold cars I've never treated anyone like this in my life anyways. That's just crazy that they had treated me the way that they did... And I'm still having to pay for this car even though it didn't work and I couldn't use it for months I still only used it for a total of 3 months because my key broke and I don't have a key to it. People can say all the good that they want about this place but they are the cliche car salesman. I'm sure that there are good people that work there but I just didn't meet any of them and I think it's horrible that when a customer called them up asking them for help telling them that the engine was dead on a vehicle that they had only purchased 5 months prior they said that they would not help me. That's terrible. If I could rate best place with zero Stars I would the unfortunately I have to put a star More
If i could give a zero rating I would we were told they did not have it on the lot but could get it with in a day. we made the deal 15k for our trade-in and the rest financed through our bank. Got the deal did not have it on the lot but could get it with in a day. we made the deal 15k for our trade-in and the rest financed through our bank. Got the deal in writing and sent them a deposit. once they got the deposit they said we need to drive 3 hours to see if they want to pay 15k for the car and they do not even know if they can get the car we made a deal on. we explained we could get this deal for 1k more closer to home Austin saidd good get it there then. I called to talk to the manager and the receptionist asked why was i calling and snapped when i told her why that FINE i will get the manager. This business is commiting fraud. My experience started this morning texting with the internet sales associate about a vehicle that was posted today. No pictures of the vehicle yet on the website and was told that the vehicle was just received into inventory 15 hours prior. I booked an appointment to see the vehicle today at noon and asked if it could be put on hold prior to my arrival. There was no mention by the sales associate about putting a deposit on the vehicle in order for it to be held prior to my arrival. My assumption was that if an appointment was made, and also messaged him on my way with an arrival time, this would have been sufficient. I had to take a day out of work, and drive an hour and half to this place only to be greeted by a text message 15 minutes prior to my arrival, that a deposit was placed on the vehicle. In the exact words of the sales associate via text word for word " The Jeep was just logged under deposit, I wanted to let you know. I apologize, we just received the info. It was apparently a friend of one of the sales guys which is why it slipped through." So does this mean if it wasn't the sales guys "buddy", would you have told the customer that we have someone else on the way to look at the vehicle and can't take a deposit until the appointment is finished? Mind you, the vehicle wasn't logged as a deposited vehicle once I booked my appointment to see it because I asked this question, so again, they shouldn't have taken that deposit with a customer already on the way with an appointment. Strike 1. I get to the dealership and talk to the sales associate who showed me the vehicle and then asked to speak with a manager about the incident. I was directed to the Finance Manager who said the same thing that they can't do anything and that if I wanted to put a deposit on it in case the other falls through, then I could have a chance at buying the vehicle. He asked what I was looking for, took some info, and never followed up after if he had anything in inventory. Strike 2. I asked if I could speak to the GM now to see if anything else could be done regarding the deposit being taken after my appointment. I waited for 15 minutes because the GM was in a meeting only to be greeted with the same. Can't do anything about it even though it was the sales guys "buddy" who put the deposit in after the appointment. He then tries to claim that he tells all his sales associates to have people put a deposit down when booking appointments. Clearly that didn't happen because I have the full text conversation and told him if the sales associate told me that, I would have put one down prior to my arrival so this incident wouldn't have occurred. I find this a lie , because if the sales associate was trained to tell people to put deposits down, by me asking to put the vehicle on hold would have resulted in a response of, "yes, we can hold it , but we need a deposit". Strike 3. If I could give this place less than 1 star based on just how they treated me because of their mistakes along the whole process I would. The general lack of sincere concern for this type of situation is mind boggling especially the way the GM treated me with this situation that was clearly their mistake. They should have offered something to make it right instead of choosing the path of, we can't do anything, take a hike basically. My advice to this dealership, take some training courses in customer service and making things right when the mistake was clearly yours on this one. More

Loving My Pacifica❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I have had my luxurious mini- van for a week now and I love the way it drives, the interior, the sound system. Austin was a fabulous guy to work with I have had my luxurious mini- van for a week now and I love the way it drives, the interior, the sound system. Austin was a fabulous guy to work with. I changed my mind as I went through the purchase process and he consistently worked with me to find my perfect match!! He was honest, reliable, never pushy, just professional and helpful. Since I live out of state, the dealership accommodated me by providing a loaner vehicle until the purchase was completed, then driving my gorgeous new car to me in the pouring rain. Poor Peter got stuck at NY DMV for 2 hours and almost got struck by lighting putting my new plates on.... Austin met me half way in the Berkshires to sign all of the paperwork once I got my bank's financing, so I would not have to make. Another trip to them.. all of the staff at the dealership were fabulous!!! I can't say enough about Austin - he really worked for me to locate exactly what I wanted.. I will always work with this dealership - They rock!!!!! More
