Thought I had a problem with a paint spot on the top of car that I didn't notice til later the day I bought it, brought it back immediately no questions and found out it just needed a quick buff . done in 5 min . Beyond the sale... Treated like dirt I purchased a used vehicle less than two months ago and from day one, The dealership has not lived up to their word where customer service is concern I purchased a used vehicle less than two months ago and from day one, The dealership has not lived up to their word where customer service is concerned. One of the two key FOBs has not worked from day one. The dealership failed to get the fob working on three separate occasions. The dealership has determined the FOB is defective and told me it's not covered under warrantee. Secondly the car has about a dozen dings from what looks like hail, and the drivers door was all scratched around the key area. I informed the salesman (Kyle Harison) who informed me the dealership would take care of it. Thier idea of taking care of it was giving me a 1/2 oz. touch up paint. Ricks Auto body gave me a $2,000.00 repair estimate. The sales manager said "oh well, you bought it like that, it's your problem now. Please I urge you to make your vehicle purchase from another dealership. More
