Horrible staff backed by horrible management Drove up from NJ(4 hour drive) after they called me that the 2012 RAM I had a deposit on was ready. I took off of work on a Tuesday, rented a car one way from enterprise only to walk into a dealership from xxxx. No one offered me a glass of water, coffee. No one small talked to see how my trip was knowing I committed to them from such a long way. the robot finance guy went right to business which is fine, however when I asked to see the service report on what was done to my truck in their shop he acted as if I wasted his time as long with any other question or concern I had. When came to the stupid "MASS cold foot law" I refused to continue signing until I got the service records. Turns out the car had an open recall that was not satisfied, but decided to tell me to come all that way without notifying me.(massive airbag recall). When I asked to speak to the manager about the issue, I had no idea I was going to be dealing with the most inconsiderate person . I told him what happened and he laughed and told me, "what do you want me to do about it! I can't magically make it appear." So in anger I replied. "Call and tell me my truck isn't ready, out of courtesy rather than make me go thru why I did to come all the way out here. You need to make this right!" His response was, "give him his money back" and walked away from me" i screamed out "I don't want my money back, I want my truck, why isn't it ready!" His reply was get him his money back, there's nothing I can do. I took my $14,000 down payment back, had them return my deposit, and shred my paper work. I walked out just to be chased down in the parking lot by my sales guy John Dizalia, screaming out in front of everyone that I stole the truck keys, to give them back and that I'm going about this the wrong way. I never took the truck keys, the finance manager had them th entire time. When I told him that, no apology, just turned around and walked away.....no call back from anyone to ask what happened, I just got royally screwed 8 hours round trip, and lost nearly 400 dollars between rental, day off of work, use of a sick day. Screw all of them, my recommendation to anyone is don't shop here, and I hope upper management sees this and makes some changes. It's a shame to spend over 30k on a used vehicle and be treated like dog xxxx More

He took a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could make it out to Chicopee from Boston. The time and the miles getting there were well worth it. Juan Carlos helped me get a fair trade in price for my GMC and an even better deal for my new Jeep. The process, price and customer service at Metro is beyond EXCEPTIONAL. I drove down in a 04' GMC ENVOY and went back to Boston in my brand new Jeep. This is was a great experience from start to finish. Monica More

I specifically went back to Juan as he was very personable and listened to what we were looking for and was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Juan assisted me in obtaining the Jeep Wrangler and color my wife wanted especially during a very busy time for the dealership. It was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Juan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Metro. More

He never made me feel as if he was forcing me into a decision, and in the end, I ended up with a great deal on a car I am very happy with. shady, does not do what they promise So I called to inquire about a car. I live 5 hrs from dealership, told sales guy I needed the paperwork done as much as possible before getting there. I wanted to come down drive, sign and bring home. After getting there the battery was dead, the service department left a door open or something, drained the battery. So we waited, and finally drove the car. It wobbled when I applied the brakes. I told salesman I thought the brakes and rotors needed fixed. He said they would take care of it. I also asked for service records so I could get all services done on time. So back at the dealership, I was rushed through the finance process. I put a deposit down, and the final monthly payment was more than we discussed, the interest was double what we discussed. But I thought it's what I've wanted and in 6 months I can refinance for lower. After everything was signed. I was told I had to wait, they deliver the car after they cleaned it and fixed it, and final say from bank. So I waited. No communication at all. I called several times, finally spoke to sales guy. They sent someone up to meet me at town office to sign car over, but no car. They didn't have a,2nd driver. So finally almost 2 weeks waiting they brought my car. The wobble not fixed, no free tank of gas, no service records, Sirius radio trial never happened. It isn't hooked up. When they disconnected the battery no one reset the remote start. Gps, and a few other things. 2 months having the car a scratch formed from windshield wiper, so obviously no one checked the wipers. So now I need a new windshield. Called. Emailed, spoke with many people. Everyone said to speak to salesman. He never calls.. talked to a manager, he never called. Don't go, don't buy from them. Shady shady... 4 months and no answer from the crooks.. More
