Poor Service WAS in the process of looking for a new vehicle since my lease was all most up. I did talk with these guys in person and over the phone only to be ver WAS in the process of looking for a new vehicle since my lease was all most up. I did talk with these guys in person and over the phone only to be very frustrated. The general manager quoted me one price and the salesman quoted me a much HIGHER price. I let them know what I was looking for in regards to an affordable payment for me and they couldn't be bothered to even try to work with me. For one the salesperson not once returned any of my phone calls inquiring about a price for a new vehicle. I literally had to go there to find out what was up. I emailed the general manager to say I was disappointed in the service and he never responded back. My husband and I have done a lot of business with this dealership. Not to mention we have sent many referrals there. Also my husband was told on several occasions by the general manager he would be getting his referral check of $100 dollars in the mail. NEVER received it. It's been well over a month. I ended up going to a different dealership and purchased the vehicle i was interested in. They were great and worked with me to get me at the price range I could afford!!! More

Fine up front HORRIBLE out back - FIGHT to honor warranty!! I currently own my 3rd Dodge Ram 1500. It is 2.5 years old and was exhibiting hesitation when going into reverse. I reached out the Metro for an eva I currently own my 3rd Dodge Ram 1500. It is 2.5 years old and was exhibiting hesitation when going into reverse. I reached out the Metro for an evaluation. It is still under factory warranty. The 1st visit provided no fix. After a month I called for another follow up. It went in. I received a phone call asking if they could drop the transmission pan and evaluate the filter, etc. They asked if I have had it serviced up to this point. I did, and had all paper work showing who, and OEM parts. They told me if it was not OEM I was responsilbe for $460. This was mostly mark up and diagnotistics.. Well they dropped the pan and called me back. Told me the service was not OEM they could tell by the gasket... They also said it would not be covered. I was not happy. I asked to talk to the manager. He was not helpful at all and insisted this was non OEM and I am expected to pay. Nothing he could do. I asked to talk to the Manager of the store. The store has recently been sold to Bertera, but still goes by Metro. Bertera is a large car sales company here in western MASS. They sell all makes. The general manger was on the phone with me for an hour and would not cover. I finally got him to cover everything BUT parts. they still wanted $200. I am covered and should not pay!! It was OEM. He was not professional and offered absoultey nothing in support. He did not know how to handle a difficult situation and could care less that I am a customer and could be a return customer. He then said he wanted to meet with his service manager and get back to me. When he did he insisted these were non OEM and he still would let me cover parts, but if this fixed the issue I had to return to pay the difference back. I was still furious about this fighting of non OEM when I have the invoice with OEM p/N's. Now they told me it was not just the gasket, but the filter was incorrect. I researched how to handle this and found the magnusson moss act. I called the next day and asked if he knew of this. He had almost no response and asked what we do now? He said what do you want to do? I said pick it up back together and not pay. He said fine. He said he would put the warrnty request in. I couold not beleive they all argued the day before and kept my truck over night and then covered the next day! This gets better. My wife went to pick it up and the girl at the counter (Felecia) argued with here and said she owed $200. They called the boss he cleared it. She goes to leave and the Bertera rep Felecia tells my wife to never bring the truck back we were not allowed. We are fuming! Upset about the entire mess. It was not about the money but the fact that I was covered. If I feel they are trying to double dip. Have me pay plus request it from Chrysler. Either way this is not how Chrylser would want this handled. More
