Bryan Busuttil When my lease was up, I stopped in to Merrick Dodge and met Bryan. Within 45mins, I had pricing on 2 new Wranglers and no pressure. I priced a few oth When my lease was up, I stopped in to Merrick Dodge and met Bryan. Within 45mins, I had pricing on 2 new Wranglers and no pressure. I priced a few other dealers and it was like pulling teeth to get any sort of pricing so a month later I reached out to Bryan and he provided the same service as I just walked in. I asked if I could get the same pricing on same car and he said he would work on it. Within a day, it was done and I was relieved. Picking up the car was as painless as buying it, in and out again with no pressure. Even tried to help lower insurance costs. Highly recommend Bryan and will be visiting him again in a couple years. More

Horrendous Service dept and policies So my 2017 Durango started bucking, shaking as check engine light came on about 6 months ago and under 20k miles on the car. When I called to bring it So my 2017 Durango started bucking, shaking as check engine light came on about 6 months ago and under 20k miles on the car. When I called to bring it in, I was told they were backed up and even with an emergency appt prob couldn’t get it diagnosed until Monday of the following week. I was then given appointment options 3 weeks out! Plus no loaner available for the next two months. The tone I was met with was rude, condescending and very impersonal. Fast forward to today... same problem occurred while driving with my young boys. When I called albeit with a frustrated tone, probably bc I knew what they would say, I was met by Nancy and then Angela and their nasty, condescending, rude and unprofessional mouths. Shocker they said they had no loaners again until the end of May. First of all when a relatively new car is coming in for serious problems, the first words out of either of their ignorant mouths should be “I’m so sorry you are experiencing this problem again”. What happened to the customer is always right and should be treated as such, even if they are frustrated! Maybe if you had loaner cars available when your new cars need to be serviced, you wouldn’t have this problem. I was directed to call Chrysler corporate, and was delightfully greeted with Yvonne. She was kind, patient, understanding and helpful. She immediately called the service dept on my behalf and had the same reaction with Angela. I filed a complaint as did Chrysler. Do yourself a favor and don’t but your car there or have it serviced there. Never again! Horrible customer service and timeliness. More
