What a great crew of people and a pleasure to deal with. I was able to make a deal and be out of the dealership very quickly. This is a no nonsense operation and you will walk away satisfied, I know I did! I was able to make a deal and be out of the dealership very quickly. This is a no nonsense operation and you will walk away satisfied, I know I did! Mary was very accommodating and patient, I know this because I drove her crazy. She was able to give me a phenomenal deal and stuck by her word. Geoffrey and Carolyn were very helpful and courteous as well. I would absolutely purchase my next Jeep from this dealership and look forward to my next car shopping experience there when my current lease expires. Thanks guys! More

My brand new jeep was not sold to me as the same price as advertised. I do enjoy my brand new jeep and its a real pleasure. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from your dealership. Due to my bus advertised. I do enjoy my brand new jeep and its a real pleasure. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from your dealership. Due to my busy job, saturday is the only time I can have my jeep serivced. I was told only oil changes are done on this day. If i need a repair they can only fix it on a weekday. That is unacceptable and this policy should be changed. More
One thing i hate are peple that do not follow up with promis. I purchased a used vehicle from Merrick Dodge for my wife, I can say the price I received was a good deal. as allwas I was trying to get s promis. I purchased a used vehicle from Merrick Dodge for my wife, I can say the price I received was a good deal. as allwas I was trying to get somthing extra on the deal. The owner of the daeler shook my hand on a promis that he would do somthing extra for me, and he would have the sales man call me with the extra he was going to throw in on the deal. the following day I went to the dealership to finalize the deal, and there was no extra. I was told by the sales man that the owner did not know what I was paying for the car and coud not do anything extra. one sales man said the owner as willng to go 1/2 on a accessorie I wanted for the car but that part was $450 (aftermarket) I thought it was kinda high prie. I found the part for $220. then I asked to have the car deilvered being detialed and have a full tank of gas. the day I picked up the car, the sales man I was working with was not in, so another held the delivery and paperwork. this guy was just rude, and telling me I I got a great price onthe car and they were not going to make any money on the car, and I dd not handle my self properly during the transision of the deal. and if there were any problems don't call him. the car was not detialed, they wiped it down and sprayed in arumorall on it, was not vaccumed out, and only had 2 gallons of gas. at time of delivery. I think the dealer got higher offer on the car after I put a deposit on it, and wanted me to back out. or they tried their bait and switch wher one review wrote the dealer wrothe the deal for a higher price than agreed on. I understand everyone is trying to make a dollar, but if you cant keep a promise dont make it or aleast explain your reasoning in person. More
I am giving a bad review to this dealership, because the salesmen i incountered is dishonest. For example i came in and got a price on a new jeep wrangler, the price he gave me was 31,500 with all of the ex salesmen i incountered is dishonest. For example i came in and got a price on a new jeep wrangler, the price he gave me was 31,500 with all of the extras I wanted.I went to a few other dealers and found that the numer he gave was a good price. I called him back to conferm the price and tell him i was happy with that number. He gave me an appointment to come in the next day to get the paper work started and give a down payment. OK thats simple enough, when he gets though with totaling up the numbers again the price was 38,500, i told him the price he gave me and the price we spoke about, he said he will not sell me a car for that price and if I found a better price for the amount of 31, 500 to buy it, i told him with the price he gave me i could buy the Robocon. Thats not the last time i herd from him, he called me about a week after and said he would give me the Jeep for 33,500 i told him i was going to find another dealership, even if he gave me a good price i would not buy a stick of gum for free from him. I hope the owner of the dealership looks at this reveiw because this guy just lost a 30, 000 deal for his company. More
I was sold a a 2004 Jeep Liberty from Merrick Chrysler that had numerous recalls that were never reviewed by the dealership. I was almost killed on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn because the wheel fell off that had numerous recalls that were never reviewed by the dealership. I was almost killed on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn because the wheel fell off my vehicle. I lost control of the Jeep and almost crashed into the guardrail. The wheel was practically hanging off the car and I had to drag the car to the side of the road to not block traffic. There was a recall on my vehicle that was a cause of this incident. In addition, there were other problems with my Jeep that were causes of the wheel breaking off from the car as well. If Merrick Chrysler examined the Jeep thoroughly before selling it, the service center would have noticed these issues. I have a feeling the car was not even inspected once after it arrived to the dealership. The car has been in repair for close to two weeks. Apparently, Merrick Chrysler ILLEGALLY sold me a vehicle. All recalls should have been reviewed before putting the car out on the lot. This was a terrible experience for me and by all means I would NEVER recommend MERRICK CHRYSLER to even my worst enemies. This incident could have costed my life as well as the lives of other drivers. When I called the dealership to complain about this incident, the manager did not even seem concerned. I have already filed a formal complaint with Chrysler about this dealership as well as sent in a complaint to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. Once again, I was almost killed in the car Merrick Chrysler sold to me. More
Bought my Wrangler in 2009 from them and went back to trade it in per their mailer. Geoffrey quoted me trade-in for 2008 not a 2009. Then Darren showed me the 2009 in the blue book but said that was fo trade it in per their mailer. Geoffrey quoted me trade-in for 2008 not a 2009. Then Darren showed me the 2009 in the blue book but said that was for the 4-speed and he would have to deduct $1,000 for my manual 6-speed until I showed them the trade-in via the Jeep.com website for the 6-speed. Would not honor $1,500 over blue book trade-in and came up with all kinds of "reconditioning" charges. Wranglers in their inventory on their website are not at their advertised price. "One of our other customers didn't want their hardtop so we put it on this vehicle". Next time I buy a Wrangler is when Jeep sell direct over the internet. More
