Good afternoon, As a customer first dealership we take pride in making sure all of our clients receive the highest level of customer satisfaction and service. We encourage all feedback and in the event a client is less than satisfied we appreciate the opportunity in working with the client to fix any concerns or issues. Your review, although appreciated, does not depict the full details and events of your recent service visit and issue. You have taken the time to post your review on every social media outlet explaining details that do not coincide with the facts. We as a dealership took the time in diagnosing your vehicle and also worked with the third-party warranty provider to begin the process of fixing your vehicles issue. The warranty provider requires a third-party adjuster to come into our dealership and look at the vehicle prior to approving the job. Once the adjuster gave the approval we ordered the part. In the interim you decided you wanted to have the vehicle pulled from our service department. At the same time, you submitted an Attorney General Consumer complaint. Upper management was made aware of your concerns and reached out to you explaining the part is in stock and we would need the vehicle back in order to complete the job. In conversation you declined this offer and were happy having the vehicle serviced at another location, which is perfectly fine. Since then, you have continued to post false reviews online as well as further consumer complaints. As we discussed prior, In order for Merrick to assist with your vehicle we would of needed the vehicle at our facility so we can service it. Based on your recent review you claim your vehicle is now fixed. If this is the case, why continue to attack us as a dealership on social Media.
