I made an appointment for 730. My vehicle was checked in around 745ish. I needed a oil change and to have them inspect my tailgate because of a recent issue. I have no idea if they checked the tailgate because it is not listed on the receipt. It should never take 2.5hrs to do an oil change. Especially if I made an appointment. More

Been there many times. Mostly Satisfactory. Several times have had problems with their diagnostics. Had I no background in auto mechanics I might have had work done that wa Mostly Satisfactory. Several times have had problems with their diagnostics. Had I no background in auto mechanics I might have had work done that was mis-diagnosed or possible fraudulent suggestions. Not necessarily by intent, possibly lack of knowledge. Not sure how or if there is supervision of mechanics and service managers & advisors abilities. Why should I be the one to notice or suspect the problems. They should know their stuff and not play the we're sorry game. It would have cost me several hundred dollars more over the final $37.00 bill I paid had I listened to them. NOTE: this location is not the only service location that suffers from these problems. You have to be alert to what's happening. Patrons that have no knowledge of mechanics may be just rolling the dice. I will add that the service people are always polite and try to expedite the waiting time if possible. More
