We started our search online and contacted a number of dealers. Out of all the dealers we contacted, Chris was the most prompt in responding to our questions and we did not feel pressured in any way when dealers. I was in the market for a used motorcycle. This dealership had 5 used bikes. Chris was very helpful and went out of his way to find out all the details on each bike. He even rolled one of the motor dealership had 5 used bikes. Chris was very helpful and went out of his way to find out all the details on each bike. Jay Brown was fantastic to work with. I was exploring several dealership's at the same time and it was Jay's quick response on e-mail and phone calls that brought me to Merit Chevrolet. This is our 2nd new vehicle purchased with Chris at Merit Chev in the past two years. We needed a vehicle so my daughter could have my old car and Chris was right there checking all my options and met all my Chev in the past two years. We needed a vehicle so my daughter could have my old car and Chris was right there checking all my options and met all my needs as far as style, price and financing on my new 2012 Malibu which now sits beside our Chev Silverado. Chris sat down with me and showed me all the features and how to use them and was especially helpful with the bluetooth which I love on my vehicle. Service Dept is always so helpful and has a vehicle ready when promised. We have never had a bad experience and have referred friends and family who have also purchased from Merit Chev for new vehicles.
