After having had a less that positive experience shopping at my local Chevy dealer I ended up giving Merit Chevrolet a shot, and I'm very glad I did. From my initial visit when I first started to gather some information on choosing the right truck to taking delivery last week of our factory ordered truck I left impressed and completely satisfied after every visit. Jason Wolske, our salesman was outstanding in his efforts to help us. I had a lot of questions in purchasing a new truck and in addition to dealing with Jason I also dealt with Ron Hogan, Chad Dubois, and Shane Axel. Every one of them took the time to answer all of my questions and offered great advice in choosing the right truck for our needs. When it came time to finalize our deal Glen Orehorsky did a great job of helping us with the financing. We would highly recommend Merit Chevrolet to anyone who is shopping for a new Chevy. Very poor experiences They used to be great. I bought a minivan in 03 and was very happy with it. This past spring, my son bought a used truck, engine seized up within 6 mo They used to be great. My husband bought a truck this past summer and now the cylinder head is bad. They did a diagnostic and supposedly fixed it. The next day the same problem occurred. They want to charge us $3000.00. I brought my blazer in because it wouldn't start, they supposedly fixed it. The next day, it didn't start again. They do not seem to stand behind their work. We will not be going back. More

Usual 6,000 Mile Check-up Brought 2010 Impala for usual 6,000 mile check up. There were 3 additional things Jeff called be back about, 2 of which were each over $1,000 to rep Brought 2010 Impala for usual 6,000 mile check up. There were 3 additional things Jeff called be back about, 2 of which were each over $1,000 to repair. We went over each of the problems and decided on 2 of them. Jeff made me comfortable with the discussion that the 3rd could wait. It was near the end of the day and I called and asked for the driver at Merit to pick me up. With all the construction on the highways going on which results in back-up, I called Jeff as well and left a message that I would be waiting outside. Jeff leaves at 5PM and the driver hadn't returned yet so he took it upon himself to jump in a loaner car and come pick me up himself ... now that's service ... and I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. Also want to mention to other people at Merit ... Joe, the person who drives people from Merit to their workplace, etc. in the AM and Greg. When I dropped my car off at Merit, my son was waiting for me to take me to work. Joe was going to leave and came to check with me first to see if I needed a ride. Greg always calls me by name, even if just to say hi. I can ask him things about vehicles too ... which is appreciated. More
