Jay went out of his way to find a 2011 brochure so I would have the one that appled to my truck. Putting forth that extra effort - after the sale was done - means a lot to me and is a great reflection on Jay! I certainly appreciate his personal efforts!! More

I saw an online ad for an Impala with a good price and stopped in to check it out. I worked with Mike Salmon and he was great. Mike was low pressure, letting me decide which car to choose (they had multiple choices), not just what would get him the best commission. He was able to get me a great deal on the car and my trade in, without the pressure and sales tactics of other dealerships. After this experience, I will be back at Merit Chev (and find Mike) when it's time for my next vehicle purchase.
