Good at blowing smoke upward till I couldn't breathe ! I love Hyundai's I'm driving one now. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed & they took advantage of that so if your going there bring a baby sitter ! They also took my Santa Fe & decieded what it was worth on a trade in - you guessed it - they never told me ! I decided now to follow through on the deal & here comes the New Car Manager to talk me out of getting my money back (on a $16,000 USED CAR that I found on line for $11,000) They got the down payment immediately, I have been WAITING two days, the CASH that I paid will be MAILED to me in a check. I HOPE THESE CLOWNS DON"T THINK I"M COMING BACK. PS Fairfeild Hyundai see ya in the spring ! More
Gee,your car went on fire after we serviced it, I purchased a 2006 sonata in 2006,serviced it at Meriden Hyundai. service was a little expensive ,but acceptable July was the last service, over $50 I purchased a 2006 sonata in 2006,serviced it at Meriden Hyundai. service was a little expensive ,but acceptable July was the last service, over $500.00 we lost the records in a car fire. Mid Sept driving on the 72 in New Britian,the car lost power. I pulled to the side of the highway,a gentleman runs up to me yelling to get out. I got out and the car exploded,the hood was destroyed,flames 15 to 20 feet. total wreck. car 2006 Hyundai Sonata, Millage 55000 miles serviced 7 weeks before the fire. went to Meriden Hyundai,was told " Gee that is terrible, let me get a salesman to show you a new Sonata." winston thompson southington ct. This is the first time we ever checked out Hyundai and we went to Meriden. Julio showed us the Sonata and we went on a test drive. The Sonata is a very good car. If I were to buy a Hyundai I would check out this dealership. The staff was professional, showroom very clean and their facilities look new. I was never pressured and felt very comfortable. My Husband and I went looking for a new used car. Our current car was no longer efficient enough gas wise and reliable. So we decided to go to Meriden Hyundai. We were met in the lot by a friendly gentleman Walter Cloud who answered all our questions was VERY attentive, and extremely friendly! We took a test drive of a vehicle we had liked and loved it! We still had a small amount of our previous car loan so He worked very hard to get us the payoff and new car loan. That day we drove off in a beautiful used Hyundai and couldn't be happier. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Along with Mike Bush who was extremely helpful answered all our questions about the loan and car. A++ in my Book!!! More
I recently bought a 97 Hyundai Tiburon. After searching every junk yard around me, I couldn't find any parts for my car. One of the junk yard personnel said they don't stock parts for cars that old. He said it would be impossible to find parts for it. So as a last attempt I went to Meriden Hyundai. The process to order the parts was easy and simple. The prices were a little high, but that's to be expected from any dealership. The staff there was friendly. Overall I am very happy with the experience and will continue to go there for any other parts my car wold need in the future. More
My wife and I were very impressed with your dealerhip and its staff. Ou relationship started in December, 2012 when I met Sterlynn and asked for a 2013 catalog. He was very cordial and accommodating. He accepted and respected our decision to hold off buying a car until spring. We made our second ontact with him in March, 2013 and asked if my wife and i could look at a 2013 Sonata to see if it would be a car we would like to consider. Again, he was most accommodating not only in the showroom but also bringing cars in into your service entry to look and try getting in and out of especially since my wife is somewhat handicapped. He also gave us important information concerning features between the basic vs the limited model. At that time we were given the opportunity to test drive the Sonata which up to then I had not driven one. We finally sat down with Sterlynn and Tim Costello and worked out a satisfactory price relating to the new Sonata and our trade. Although they were anxious to complete a deal, they respected our decison to think it over. We did not make our decision until two days later. Our relationship with you dealership, especially Sterlynn and Tim made the process of buying a car an enjoyable experience. As you may know this is not the norm in buying a car. When ever we came into the dealership we were put at ease, We were treated with respect. Our concerns were addressed. An certainly the offer of water, coffee, etc was greatly appreciated.
