My husband bought his Santa Fe there about a year ago and had a great experience (someone who was especially memorable to him was manager Walter Cloud - GREAT and funny guy) so we decided to go there again to get a Sonata for me when my car completely died. My salesman was Joe Connolly; he was very nice and presented me with exactly what I was looking for…with no pressure. He knew my car was dead, but he didn't try to upsell me or try to get me to buy a different car or package than I wanted…it was great to work with him. We worked with Walter Cloud again and he is just an awesome person. Walter was able to get us a price that we could afford with as many rebates/deals as he could; he is just someone whom you know you can trust to be honest with you! We only dealt with Jesus for a few minutes at the end of the day, but he seemed like a cool and nice guy, too. Overall, this is a great place to get a car. More

We returned to Meriden Hyundai yesterday after purchasing two Tucson's several years ago and wound up purchasing our third Hyundai vehicle - this time We returned to Meriden Hyundai yesterday after purchasing two Tucson's several years ago and wound up purchasing our third Hyundai vehicle - this time a Santa Fe! We drove out with a brand new 2016 Santa Fe in just under two hours! Great place - will no doubt return again in another few years when it's time to replace one of our Tucson's. One of the most friendly dealerships around - no high pressure salesmen. Nick Inman was terrific and owner Tod Moynihan personally thanked us for our repeat business. Classy place! More

Good dealership, not pushy at all I had a good experience at Meriden Hyundai. There was no pressure to buy anything at anytime, it's a generally laid back approach. My only small compl I had a good experience at Meriden Hyundai. There was no pressure to buy anything at anytime, it's a generally laid back approach. My only small complaint was the speed of service. There were a couple times I was waiting at the salesman's desk for 10-15 minutes (I was there on multiple days, didn't happen in same day). I understood he had other things to deal with, but in general it just felt like it was taking too long for some aspects of the sale. Really not a big deal to me, but could be a big deal to others.
