People, warranty, quality I was running an errand and decided to check out the Santa Fe as I had been noticing them for months but I didn't know if they were roomy enough. My salesperson, Spencer Wedge, offered a test drive and the vehicle had everything I wanted. We sat down to talk numbers and the payments came in too high. The manager and the owner (working on a Sunday!!) came over and were very helpful. I needed a low rate, good value on my trade, and a low payment - and I wanted the floor model which was red and had EVERY OPTION AVAILABLE (limited ultimate) and the team in Meriden delivered! Turns out my family knows multiple staff members and it feels great knowing I am dealing with local people who live in our community. My wife and I are so pleased we have been talking with Spencer to lease a new Tucson too! I have been looking at new cars since May 2016 and have had multiple visits to Toyota and Ford.
