Trusting-Honest-Fair & plesant! I entered the dealership with a high level of anxiety since I needed a car and I was unsure of the trade-in value of my car. Joe Connolly showed me several SUV's with various levels of equipment, age and mileage. The explanations were clear and concise and he demonstrated the benefits and short comings of each vehicle. Once we returned to the sales room and we discussed price and trade in value. HE was clear and fair. I immediately trusted his word and felt the deal was fair. My anxiety dissipated. The SUV was a perfect fit for me. I could not stay for clean up or servicing that day so it was arranged at a later date at my convenience. The best place to buy a vehicle. IT is a place that you can trust. More

Great, transparent buying experience I bought my first ever car here! My parents and I went to three dealerships (a different Hyundai dealership, Ford, and Nissan) before finding Meriden I bought my first ever car here! My parents and I went to three dealerships (a different Hyundai dealership, Ford, and Nissan) before finding Meriden Hyundai online. We spoke on the phone with Spencer and immediately found him to be more helpful and transparent than any of the other dealers we spoke to. We had to drive 30 minutes from Hartford to get to the dealership but it was 100% worth it. Especially because I got a car that I love (Santa Fe Sport) and we dealt with an honest and considerate salesman in Spencer. If I was buying a car tomorrow, I would absolutely go in to Meriden Hyundai again. More
