Horrible customer service Never taking my car there again! Worst customer service in the world! Car is covered under Warrenty, engine went, they’ve had my car since 8am YESTERD Never taking my car there again! Worst customer service in the world! Car is covered under Warrenty, engine went, they’ve had my car since 8am YESTERDAY and have yet to set me up with a rental OR loaner! Called Tom (the tech who is servicing my car) 2x asking for updates on my car when I shouldnt have to call, he should have given courtesy calls and kept me in the loop on my vehicle and rental/loaner. Both times he was extremely rude and the second time I asked him if this would be done today he said “I don’t know I’m not there”. Oh okay xxxxxxx! Show up at 523pm today to complain and demand a loaner and the service manager conveniently left, sales manager was still there and NEVER came to talk to me. Instead, sent over his salesman to tell me their hands are tied, they have no access to loaners and service went home at 6pm. Oh but didn’t I get there BEFORE 6pm?! Then the salesman (whom was very nice) asked me to come back tmw am. When I asked him if I’m definitely leaving tmw with a loaner he said “my hands are tied I can’t answer that”. xxxxtiest service I’ve EVER received from Meriden Hyundai. Contacting the BBB and reporting Tom tmw morning directly to his manager. More

Excellent Customer Service and Buying Experience I made an appointment to go and talk to a salesperson about purchasing a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and met with Nick Inman who upon first meeting was very p I made an appointment to go and talk to a salesperson about purchasing a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and met with Nick Inman who upon first meeting was very pleasant and professional. I explained to Nick exactly what I was looking to purchase, not even thinking that I was going to walk out of the dealership signing papers...but after a couple of hours between test driving a Tucson, talking further with Nick and working with Harold on the financing, I did end up walking out having signed papers to purchase a new vehicle! It was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car!!! There was no pressure or stress and everyone worked together to get me the best possible deal to make my purchase happen. This is the 3rd Hyundai vehicle I purchased since 2002 and I am so impressed with the quality and marksmanship of every single vehicle I have bought. Nick found a vehicle for me that was exactly what I was looking for and then some. I just LOVE my new Tucson and can't say enough about it or the excellent customer service I received at Meriden Hyundai. I have been receiving so many compliments on my new car and tell everyone about the wonderful experience I had with the staff at Meriden Hyundai. Thank you all for everything, I'm one happy gal!!! I train salespeople on negotiation skills, I know the tricks, I was well researched, knew a fair price- And STILL the Manager wanted to play games. Ultimately we agreed on a price- but why make it so tedious? Sterlynn was fine to work with. Walter eventually dropped the pretense and dealt fairly with me. All in all, it was a fine experience. Love the car and the dealership is close by and convenient. Just wish the unnecessary back and forth was eliminated. More
