Everyone at Merchants made us feel welcome wether it was talking about cars and trucks or making our kids laugh. I should add that they provide food and drinks throughout our time there yesterday and lastly but most importantly, they kept their promise and I drove away with a new truck! The customer service was the best I've received walking into a dealership, and the Popcorn is amazing lol.. but seriously overall it was a great experience. You never know what to expect walking into a dealership but, at Merchants auto they went above and beyond to make sure I left with the car I needed. Now as for the dealership itself, there was a wide selection of vehicles. Considering my budget, there wasn't much that I seen at first that fit my personal needs in a vehicle but Joe worked hard on making sure i got what I was looking for while keeping everything cost efficient. Sorry if this review is long and all over the place lol.. but I just want to say thanks again Joe for helping me drive away in a 2014 Chevy Cruze.. p.s The popcorn was amazing.. More

Unexpected With all intentions of just shopping around for a truck I looked online at Merchants inventory. Within a few minutes a customer service representati With all intentions of just shopping around for a truck I looked online at Merchants inventory. Within a few minutes a customer service representative called, first thought was "Oh great here we go with the endless phone calls!" . The young lady on the phone was polite and respectful. And asked if I was interested in coming down to look around, and I was. She Asked if it would be alright to send me a link to fill out the credit app to save some time. Absolutely fantastic idea. We set an appointment to meet with the sales manager Scott, the following afternoon. The next morning I called and was able to change that appointment to an earlier time slot with no problem at all. Walking in I met Michael, from the very beginning he was polite and courteous. Michael sat me down and started the paperwork immediately showing me what vehicles they had and listening to what I was interested in. Michael never tried to upsell me on a vehicle he knew what I wanted and right away had an idea for me. Within a few minutes of sitting down and talking with Michael and going over what I wanted I met with Scott and Scott explain how things worked at Merchants with it being an experience not necessarily a sale. Michael brought around the truck that I was looking for the truck that I've been looking for we went for a nice test drive and got back finished up the paperwork and they started searching for a loan. After a while with no calls back from the bank Gordon decided to give one more shot to another Credit Union I'm glad he did because they accepted my loan application. Sat down with Gordon and finish the loan paperwork had a few laughs and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon. The whole staff at Merchants, even the people that were not involved in the sale, were polite courteous and respectful never pushy and always thinking of the customer service. Thank you Merchants for a great experience! More

Wooho I was in a crunch to get a reliable vehicle before the end of March .. my friends had gone down and had some excellent experience! So I decided to take the chance .. mike g was who I worked with I told him my issues and what I would need in a vehicle .. he took no time on coming up with a plan and doing his best to get me in to a vehicle and even took his personal time on his day off to come in to make sure I left with a car! I really was unsure at this time because I had always purchased GM vehicles in the past and was now considering foreign. So I was lost! Joe helped me find the the perfect car for my needs so switching from GM to my new Altima was an easy transition. It was such an easy process buying from them I would highly recommend!!!
