From the moment I talked to Scott on the telephone for buying a new car, I could just tell in the tone in his voice he was honest. When I came into the dealership I was greeted by many, with everyone smil buying a new car, I could just tell in the tone in his voice he was honest. I arrived at Merchants to look at possiblities of purchasing a used vehicle with the hopes that I would be able to work with them on a unique situation that has arrised from being taken advantage of purchasing a used vehicle with the hopes that I would be able to work with them on a unique situation that has arrised from being taken advantage of at MA dealer... Steve worked hard and diligently to get the vehicle I was looking for and trade in the vehicle I was upside down in... I got into a newer vehicle with lower miles and was able to get out a bad loan given by another dealer... I will defintly go back to Merchants Auto to work with Steve Dudley when I am looking to purchase another used vehicle....
