Steve and the service crew were awesome! I went back for my 2 1/2 month old oil change, checked in on Steve to see if he received his grapes for working with me to get the car I wanted/deserved (yes, he wi my 2 1/2 month old oil change, checked in on Steve to see if he received his grapes for working with me to get the car I wanted/deserved (yes, he will get you the car you as long as you CAN afford to bring him a bag of grapes) and they checked everything on my car! It didn't cost me more than $20 bucks and it still runs like a beauty! The service I got at Merchants was not only a friendly smile from Steve, (and some great conversations) but a team that is willing to work for YOU! Finally! A place that cares! Thank you EVERYONE at Merchants, still a HAPPY customer, (BTW I'll be back to buy the mercedes in the showroom...lol). Thank you STEVE!!!!! I truly do LOVE my car!!:-) More

Had a very great experience Scott and Gordan went over and beyond the call of service. It was always service with a smile and friendliness. You were always kept in the loop during the process. Another great characteristic is when I was truly excited about my 2008 Ford Explorer Sport-trac they to were excited as much as me and that means alot to me in the place that I deal with. At the end of it all Scott took me over to the Service Department to meet Dennis and arrange for my first FREE oil change, which I thought was cool. It also made happy when Dennis congratulated me on the purchase of my truck and wished me good luck with the truck. Just to say this again I was really and truly happy for all the hard work and dedication. Thank You again Scott, Gordan and Dennis. I will recommend anyone who asks me where to by a car and I will send them right to Merchants Auto in Hooksett, NH. I purchased my 2007 Nissan Exterra from them and I have only but problems with it. They are very friendly when they want to sell you a car but when you have issues after the sale they basically want nothin only but problems with it. Had a transmission replaced after 64 days of owning the vehicle, power steering went 4 months after that, and low tire preasure light has been on for 6 months, and the service engine soon light has come on and today I brought it to nissan and $1500 later my nissan is working like it should be. Total cost in the first year of repairs $8700. I would never ever go back to them again nor would I recommend any one from going there to buy a vehicle. I even had all there tags removed from my vehicle so no one knows where I purchased it at. The reason why I gave such a poor rating is for the lack of service and expense after the sale. More
I purchased a car from Merchants because I had purchased my previous car there and had a good experience. I test drove the car and everything was great. They ran it through the car wash while I signed the my previous car there and had a good experience. I test drove the car and everything was great. They ran it through the car wash while I signed the papers. After it went through the car wash, the check engine light came on. They went back and looked at it and the light went off, so they sent me home with the car. I went to a store about 2 minutes away from the dealership. When i got back inthe car, the check engine light was back on. I tried to go back to the dealership but they were closed. The next day the car would start. It took a few tries before it finally turned over and started. I had a friend run the codes for the chek engine light and found that the codes meant that there was water that had leaked in thorugh the sunroof and if it wasnt properly taken car of the car wouldnt start and would eventually stop working all together. I printed out all of the information and brought it to the dealership. They replaced my sunroof and gave the car back. Again, i had trouble starting the car. This went on for months. I brought the car back at least five times for them to fix it. Each time they found something that needed to be replaced but the same problems continue to exist. That says a lot for the vehicle that they sold me if they could keep finding things wrong with it every time I brought it back, but not what was causing my car not to start. The last time I brought it back, four month after I purchased it, they again assured me it was fixed. After I left I noticed that my paperwork said that they would no longer repair my car at no charge. It said that the car had been repaired as a favor to the owner due to the problem occuring so soon after purchase and that any further repair would be at the cost of the owner. The fact that the check engine light came on before I finished signing the paperwork makes it their responsibility, but apparently they didn't agree. I also think it was in poor taste that they didn't tell me in person that they wouldn't be fixing my car anymore. About two weeks later, while I was driving on the highway, the car shut down completely. I had coast off the highway hoping to make it to a safe place since I no longer had control over my car. Now that I had no idea when my car was going to work or not, and merchants was no longer fixing my car, I had to trade it in. the new dealership I went to told me that Merhcant's had not treated me well and that my car was not worth anywhere near what I paid for it. I had to carryover $8,000 from my broken car to a loan for another car. Which again, shows you how horribly they screwed me over on this car. I couldn't get approved for a used car loan because of the amount I had to carry over. So, now I am basically paying for two cars, and the ridiculous car payment I am stuck with is making it difficult for me to afford my rent and other eveyday expenses. But I was left with no choice, either have an unreliable car that would die at any given moment, or pay more than I can afford for a reliable car. More

Very happy with my trip to merchants. I found a few cars online I liked got in touch with scott and spoke with him over the phone. Based on our conversation of what I was looking for and wanting to spend h online I liked got in touch with scott and spoke with him over the phone. Based on our conversation of what I was looking for and wanting to spend he pulled a couple of options out from the lot to have me look at. What a awesome call on his part. We ended up in a much better car ( Mercedes-Benz) then I had originally been looking at for a better price. The finance wizard worked his magic and got me a great rate with a payment that works awesome. All the folks I saw there were working hard to get everyone that stepped into the place into the car they wanted Great job Thanks much More
