I inquired about a vehicle online and exchanged several email's back and forth with Scott Rienert. We went in thinking we wouldn't even qualify for a loan and expecting to buy an older used vehicle at best.... and we came out with a 2012 Ford Focus! I would have rated this dealer much higher, but the beginning of my experience left me suspect of the practices that were being employed at first. I had explained that I had credit that may have been beginning of my experience left me suspect of the practices that were being employed at first. I had explained that I had credit that may have been perceived as challenging and was advised that would be no problem. The rep did submit my credit information given to him over the telephone and called back advising that I had been approved at 21% with a $1,000.00 down payment. I balked at those terms, thanked the rep for his assistance and advised I would probably shop around for something a little more reasonable, to which the rep replied I was welcome to. I received a callback almost immediately by the same rep and was advised that he had gotten the $1,000.00 down payment waived and also had gotten me a much better rate to which no further information was offered. I later learned by calling and speaking with Gordon that rate would be around 6.5%. I wound up with a rate of 6.99% which I am grateful for and have no issues with at all. The only questions I would ask is, why so dracstic a change from $1,000.000 down with a 21% interest rate to what I walked away with, no down payment and a 6.99% interest rate. To be quite frank, this one does not even come close to passing the smell test. In closing I'd like to rate the folks individually I came in contact with throughout my whole experience with this dealership. Scott (3), Rudy (4), Gordon (4) and Steve (5). Absolutely no bad feelings with anybody at this dealership. I will definately go back when in the market to purchase another vehicle and most definately would reccomend.
