I had a great experience at Merchants! They were friendly-not pushy! Mark was very patient when showing us the six or seven cars we looked at. I have to say Rudy and Mike were great. They were nice enough to stay (on a holiday) two hours after they closed even though all the other people were gone (including the only people able to get into bill enough to stay (on a holiday) two hours after they closed even though all the other people were gone (including the only people able to get into billing to print the paperwork) making them scramble to get the deal done. They met every request that we had and assured us buying the car was the beginning of a future. We definitely plan to make Merchants Auto our choice for any service for all of our vehicles.
