Steve is a remarkable Finance Manager as he worked some magic and got us an unbelievable deal for our financing. His years of experience shone through and he ultimately was in his position to help the customer. He made us feel worthwhile and that we were only human so it was okay to have a couple bruises on our credit. There was no judgement on the parts of these two outstanding employees, and we would without a doubt recommend them to any and everyone we know who is in the market for a vehicle. I've bought two vehicles from Mark Chartrand since June of this year. The first was for my parents. My mother accompanied me, and Mark was gracious to us both. He even followed us back to my parents' home, driving the purchased car as my mother and I rode ahead of him, in my Jeep; my mother hadn't driven in several months and was hesitant to do so in a vehicle new to her. That was a 35-minute drive both ways. We chatted extensively on the way back. He's an interesting person and a straight shooter and worked to help get me into that car; my credit was not that great, at the time. When I returned, in late October, to purchase a vehicle for myself, he was again very helpful and got me into the nicest, newest car I've ever owned. I can trust Mark. In a short period of time, he's given me two fair deals on excellent late-model vehicles. Later, I brought this second vehicle to the dealership in order to correct an issue with the tires. They balanced and rotated them at no charge, even though I had exceeded the standard 1,000-mile dealership warranty on the vehicle. These guys run a tight shop. I'm very impressed, and though I don't expect to purchase another vehicle for several years, I recommend Mark and Merchants Auto without reservation. Buy a car there! More

I went to Merchants Auto based mostly on the radio ads, my credit is far from perfect so I decided to give it a try, very glad I did. On the first day, after filling out the application, we were contacted by Scott Rienert, who walked us through the approval process. We were approved within 24 hours of our initial contact. Our stellar experience, with Merchants, continued after we received a welcome call from Bob Donati, an experienced salesman who patiently listened to our needs and concerns. Bob was amazing and quickly involved himself in finding the perfect vehicle for us. He suggested vehicles which were practical, while offering exceptional quality. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and graciously satisfied our various request to compare vehicles, which eventually led to us choosing the ideal vehicle. When I went to trade in my car the used car manager drove my car and realized it was in better shape than they thought and they gave me more for my car than agreed upon. How many times have you ever heard of that happening at any dealership? Financing was very simple and straight forward. No pushing of additional products, I had to actually ask for GAP insurance and the cost was half of what other dealerships where charging. When I went to the dealership to pick my car up and transfer my plates some of the other Merchant sales staff came outside and helped me install my GPS and answers some questions about the car. This is a first class operation and I find it very hard to believe you could find any dealership that offers a better over all experience. More
