My wife and I were looking for an all wheel drive car because of the traveling we do. We looked on line and came across the Dodge Avenger that we ended up purchasing at Merchant's, and glad we did. Rudy went above and beyond working on our financing 2 days before my wife and I could even go to the dealership, so much so, that he was in contact with us on his day off. Steve worked to get us set up with a more than affordable payment, and supplied a few laughs too. We will most definitely be going back in the future when we need to buy another car. More

We were not pressured or hassled to buy a car. Our salesman Jim thought about what we needed in a car for our family instead of just what we wanted. The sales help & selection of cars provided by both Scott & Ryan was outstanding.They listened to our wants and budget and stayed on target. The reason for a less than perfect score on price was th Scott & Ryan was outstanding.They listened to our wants and budget and stayed on target. The reason for a less than perfect score on price was the way Merchants sold the extended warranty. This process left a bit of a sour after-taste with me. In conclusion, I highly recommend buying a car from Scott and or Ryan, just be careful and price the extended warranty. Sincerely Ben More

I walked into the dealership not even sure i was going to buy a car. Andre helped me not only figure out what i wanted for a vehicle but he got me into a 2012 Toyota Camry at a great price, with a lower paym buy a car.
