2012 Chevy Malibu After looking for over a week for a Good Used Car our son told us to come her to Merchants Auto anf see Mark Chartrand. I was looking at Malibu' After looking for over a week for a Good Used Car our son told us to come her to Merchants Auto anf see Mark Chartrand. I was looking at Malibu's & Fusion's and Merchant's had plenty of both. Mark really took the time to show us what we wanted to see,even if it " didn't smell good " to my wie's nose. Poor Mark's paitence was put to the test but his 35 years of sales experience shown through. We finally found THE CAR and put down our deposit .Mark did all the paper work and even found that one of the Chevy recalls had not been completed ,so it was sent out to be done,which delayed our picking up the car.. But it was understandable & neccessary. We would deffinatly reccomend that anyonme lookinmg for a GOOD USED car to go to MERCHANTS AUTO in Hooksett, N.H. and look for Mark Chartrand. You will NOT be dissapointed. More

New Car a Blessing I had used another dealer twice and both time the cars I purchase I paid ten time over with all the repairers. Better then the rest I used another large local dealer 3 years previously and was disappointed from the start. In fact while buying the car my wife wanted to leave due to I used another large local dealer 3 years previously and was disappointed from the start. In fact while buying the car my wife wanted to leave due to waiting almost 9 hours from start to finish. Not with Merchants, my wife and I from start to finish were there about 2 hours. We got greeted with a smile even though we had arrived very close to closing. Ryan our sales Rep. got us the vehicle we wanted without a run around, very kind the whole time while we had a less then perfectly behaved child in tow. Steve got us a great loan and we could not be happier with our experience. We will be back to buy more vehicles here and when someone asks us where to buy a car or truck we will tell them Merchants.
