My 16 year old son reversed the polarity on the battery of our old car and fried the electrical system on Thursday night. By Saturday, it was pretty clear that we were going to have to buy a new car. We went to another dealership before Merchants. These guys wanted to cut us a really good deal, but it turned out to be a false promise. The day we were supposed to get our car, they told us that we didn't qualify for financing like they said we did, and that we had to figure some things out before they could swing it. That sounded fishy to me, so we went to Merchants. The guys there processed our application quickly and got us into a car the same evening. I'm so glad we decided to go to Merchants. More

Great experience from dealer and sales man Ryan Spada I did my research online and knew what I wanted to buy. From the moment I walked in everything was great. I met with Ryan Spada as I was walking in ex I did my research online and knew what I wanted to buy. From the moment I walked in everything was great. I met with Ryan Spada as I was walking in explained I did my pre approval online and everything just took off from there. I've bought a few cars in my lifetime and I dread the dealership and buying process. Ryan was easy to get along with , no pressure at al and worked to find my wife and I what we were looking for. I knew I wanted a Honda or Toyota , was hoping for a Camry SE or accord , but at the end of the day It was a Honda Civic we drove off with because the price and payments were inline with what we wanted. I can't say enough good things about Ryan , it was freezing outside and we just moved up to NH from Florida . As we were walking the lot looking Ryan offered me his jacket to keep warm. Who does that ? He was awesome to deal with and the experience was top notch. My wife and I will definitely be back in the future to purchase another vehicle from Merchants and Ryan. Thanks again Ryan and you deserve a bonus , maybe even one of those left over TV's that didn't get sold! If management reads this please give Ryan a pat on the back and a new tv or bonus as I will be back and I will spread the word to the huge network of people I know to buy a car at merchants. More

When I was ready to make a purchase, the paperwork went very smoothly and my sales rep, Ryan took care of everything including calling my insurance company to secure the insurance binder. Before driving away in my beautiful red Nissan Rogue, I was given a $20 gas voucher and a free oil change! I highly recommend this dealer. More

I told him the type of car I was looking for and he was very helpful pointing me in the right direction. He showed me a few cars that I loved and were in my price range and I ended up buying one of them. Each used car was in great condition and very fairly priced, but without me even asking he got the sales manager to knock down the price of the car for me. He was extremely patient when going through financing and insurance and set it all up that day with rates I were comfortable paying monthly. I visited many dealerships before purchasing a car and he was by far the best sales consultant I had worked with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a car and I will be back if I ever need another car in the future. More
