Great buying experience ! I have been shopping around for a car for the past 2.5 months. I needed something with low miles, high mpg, and in great shape. I drive 500 miles a week for work and my current car was hitting its end. Ryan Spada greeted me on the lot. He listened to my concerns, wants and needs. He earned my trust, and respect. Ryan made our buying experience smooth and quick, ( as quick as can be when buying a car). I arrived about 3pm and drove off the lot, with a new car at 715pm! " Don't shoot the messenger" Poor James...had to deal with me, well my car that is. I have had so many issues with my vehicle that for the last couple of months my car seemed to o Poor James...had to deal with me, well my car that is. I have had so many issues with my vehicle that for the last couple of months my car seemed to of spent more time there then with me and through it all he did his best to keep me informed and reasured my worries and frustrations VIA email he listened to me even when I was angry he still managed to help me get through it. He was very patient as I was loosing mine. Although I still have some kinks to get through and wish that the service dept. had all the tools and thier mechanics had more experiance to accomidate my car so I wouldn't of had to be referred to a BMW specialist seeing that I had bought my car through Merchants .....James was the middle man and I could see he truly cared and felt bad for all that I had gone through, Hes a true professional, and and true person.
