We have a strict budget and originally, we could not get an interest rate that we liked and we were worried we would be overpaying for a vehicle. Mark assured us they would do everything they could and Gordon fought for us with the credit union and got us a rate 1/4 of what it was originally! We absolutely love Merchants and it is an amazing feeling knowing you can trust the vehicle and dealership that you are buying your used car from. We will never be going anywhere for our vehicles!! My sales consultant, Mike Amburg was informative about the vehicle, purchase price, and discounts that were available to me. Mike walked us through the paper work, very lengthy, but explained each document and what we were signing. Gordon, in finance, got us the best interest rate that he could, daughter hasn't established credit, but we did rather well considering. Gordon explained our options to a extended warranty but did not pressure us to purchase one, we opted to purchase one. I highly recommend Merchants Auto for your next car purchase or service. More
