He was wonderful and made everything run smoothly. This was my 3rd purchase with Merchants, and this was the best experience yet. Fabulous and so very pleased I did an online pre approval and then did a live chat with a person. I was told what to bring for paperwork to the dealership so that day (3/12/15) I was taken down since my vehicle was no longer road worthy. I feared with my low score credit (500) I would keep being told "NO" so I was going in thinking I would once again be rejected. Now I owed a 2003 vehicle.....I was so happy, suprised and shocked (BUT VERY HAPPY) when Ryan Spada did everything in his power and the next day which was Friday the 13th....lol..... I got to leave with a 2013 vehicle. I could not be any happier. Thank you thank you thank you Ryan Spada for being my guardian angel. More

My husband and I walked into Merc Our car buying experience at Merchants this past weekend was by far the most outstanding experience I have ever had. My husband and I walked into Merchants at 4:30pm on Saturday afternoon just to "look" and were treated with such enthusiasm and kindness. Merchants closes at 5:00pm and no one made us feel as though we needed to return at a later date to complete our car buying experience. We were in and out in about 2 hours time with my dream car. Ryan was so welcoming and fun to deal with that we will be back for years to come. The next day, when a stranger commented on my car and their need for a new vehicle I told them their best bet is to go to Merchants. Best Car Buying Experience Ever We bought a car from Merchants 6 months ago and when it was time to trade in our other car we returned because we were treated with respect, got a gre We bought a car from Merchants 6 months ago and when it was time to trade in our other car we returned because we were treated with respect, got a great trade in value for our vehicle and the staff and atmosphere were inviting and friendly and most of all they were able to get us financed with a low rate even with our poor credit history. This time around the car buying experience was even better. The staff already knew us, they helped get us into the exact car we wanted, there wasn't any waiting time at the dealership as all of our paperwork was ready and waiting for us which was a huge convenience as we live over 2 hours away. We enjoyed complimentary beverages while we waited, listened to very nice music, enjoyed the amazing salt water fish tank in the show room and used the handicap accessible facilities which were immaculate. The staff all came by to greet us and catch up with the family but we returned to our salesman Mike Amburg because he worked so hard for us the 1st time. We will definitely be bring all of our future business to Merchant Motors, there is no need to ever feel uncomfortable with a car buying experience again now that we have found Merchants. I will also continue to refer anyone who I know is looking for a new car to Merchants because I know I can rust that they will get the same Quality, Friendly service that my family did and that no matter what their credit history I know they can find a deal for them and get them on the road in their new car.
