Painless car purchase - again! Our second experience at Merchant’s Automotive was as pain-free as the first one was. We had purchased a Jeep in 2012 which we still have – it has been an excellent vehicle for us. Yesterday, my husband and I picked up our 2017 Ford Escape. Both the Sales Professional Chris Kordas, and the Finance Director Steve Coimbria had everything all ready for us. We had negotiated via text and we were in and out within an hour and a half. I send people to them regularly and everyone has been very pleased with the service and quality of vehicles. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. More

She was upfront with me that my budget would not be able to get me everything I wanted but helped me to decide what I truly needed. We walked through the lot and she answered all my questions and even had me look at vechicles I wasn't familiar with to find the right style. Lisa and the finance team helped me get a good deal for my financed trade in and was able to get me into an SUV that I love! The process was fast and easy and everyone I worked with was upfront and honest. I never felt pressured at this dealership it felt more I like I was buying a car from a friend. I got a great deal and when it comes time for another vechicle I'll be back to see Lisa! More

I feel Trapped. I purchased two cars with this dealership 4 years ago because my husband and i had some set backs and needed help because of our credit, They made us I purchased two cars with this dealership 4 years ago because my husband and i had some set backs and needed help because of our credit, They made us feel like they understood and that was why they were there. They explained to us that the high interest rate would only be temporary and that we would only have to make payments on time for a short time then our credit would build up and we could refinance for a better rate. What they left out was that this type of loan would kill our credit score and not one bank will touch the loans. In addition the amount that we owe on these cars we could own 3 of them. When we call them to ask them about it they tell us that "It is not their problem". So we asked if we could try to trade them in for something different for better interest rates since our payments are on time due to they are taken automatically out of our accounts. Their answer "We owe too much on our current vehicles to trade them in" . I also dont think this will make it onto their site since they never post a negative one on it .
