They are very rude. I had an appointment at 8am for a vehicle recall. My vehicle wasn't ready until 430pm. I got home and had something leaking from under my car. Call Nissan and was told someone would c vehicle recall. My vehicle wasn't ready until 430pm. I got home and had something leaking from under my car. Call Nissan and was told someone would call me back. My husband call and ask for the service manager Josh told him that the manager was out and would call him back shortly. Well let's just say nobody call him back so I call and talk to someone in service and was told the service manager had just quit. My husband went up there and was told to bring the car back the next day at 8:30 I took it back and everything i tried to call to check on it nobody answered so I went back up there at 1pm, my car was just sitting there and nobody had checked it. They was rude and very poor customer service. I will never return. More
