It took too long to get them to send me a cash sale invoice. They asked me to fill out a separate credit application after I'd told them I'd been approved already for an amount. Then I sent the sales p invoice. They asked me to fill out a separate credit application after I'd told them I'd been approved already for an amount. Then I sent the sales person the approval letter and inquired when and how I could tender my down payment. There was no response. Then a day later I was told that the sales person was off and when did I want to come drive and and sign paperwork. By that time other things had come up that limited my ability to go get the vehicle. Overall the salesperson was unavailable as was the sales manager twice when I called. Another sales person didn't even relay my message to please call me back. There was no offer of delivery of the vehicle. Seemed they were too busy to sell me a car. More
